Max 3 fish per day in planted waters. Only 1 hand tool may be used when fishing.
It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts into the water or leave them on sea ice.
Litter ban: Plastic bags, disposable barbecues and beer cans may not be left on ice or by waterways. It is forbidden to make fires on lake ice unless you have a bucket or tub so that you can take your ashes and wood scraps with you.

NOTE: Fishing is prohibited in all planted waters except for Orrmosjön.

The following waters are closed due to replanting from May 21, 2026 and will reopen on June 19, 2026.

Tryggstjärn,,Krosselaåstjärn, spectacled stjärn, side stjärn, and large black stjärn

MINIMUM DIMENSIONS & QUANTITY
Char and trout 25 cm, grayling 35 cm. Maximum number of fish in planted waters is 3 per day.

Inspection fee
The fishing inspector has the right to issue a control fee to fishermen who violate the association's rules. The fee is issued on site and must be paid within 8 days, after which the matter will be submitted to debt collection. The fee is 10% of the price base amount.
The price base amount for 2025 is 58,800 :-(SEK)

BOAT
Boating is prohibited in all planted waters except Stensjön and Orrmosjön, Hissjöarna, Grimsjön. Float fishing is permitted in Dödsjön, Jällsjön, and Djupsjön for a fee of 40:-

THE LIFT ISLANDS
Open for fishing. Good grayling water. Fishing from a boat is allowed.
Smedjemorasjön
Fishing with a fishing rod is allowed! but a maximum catch per day of 5 pike, the limit of 90 cm larger must be returned.

HARJEÅN
In the Härjeån downstream of Svartbo to Härjåsjön, only fly fishing with barbless hooks is permitted and all caught fish must be released.

PRIVATE
Part of Lillhärjån from Milleststöröset down to the snowmobile trail over Lillhärjån (about 1.2 km east of Lillhärjåbygget) is private.

In planted waters only day permits or single fishing permits for the current year and three (3) fish per day.
Youth under 15 years old free.
