Generally:

To get to Brunnsjön you must walk or otherwise transport yourself, as a roadblock is placed 2 km before Brunnsjön.

All fishing licenses are personal but are also valid for family members under the age of 15 who fish in the company of the cardholder.

Fishing permits must be presented to police officers, fishing inspectors and community members upon request.

The annual pass is only valid for members of Djäkneböle/Bjännsjö Sports and Recreation Association. The annual pass is also valid for family members under 15 years of age who fish in the company of the cardholder.

Methods:
A fishing card for 150 SEK is valid for fishing with one rod.

When fishing for bream, roach and pike, four rods may be used from one fishing spot.
Rods must not be placed in different places along the shoreline and it must be clearly indicated in the fishing method and equipment that fishing is being conducted for these species.

When ice fishing for pike, six rods may be used. Anglers or pike scissors are not permitted.

It is not permitted to store roach in, for example, a carp bag or sling. Bream may be stored in a carp bag or sling for a maximum of 30 minutes. We prefer that any documentation is done immediately after capture and that the fish are then released as quickly and as gently as possible.

Max. Number of fish Brunnsjön per card/day = 2 ( rainbow, trout or char).

When catching implanted fish while targeting bream and roach fishing with more than one rod, they should be released as gently as possible.

Catch-and-release for bream and roach.

Maximum size of pike 90 cm.

Djäknebölesbäcken

In the Djäkneböles stream, when trout over 30 cm are caught, they must be released as gently as possible.

The fishing license is only valid in the Djäknebölebäcken stream, not in ponds located within the fishery conservation area.

Other rules
Boating prohibited in all waters. Floatation only.
