Summeln
Lake Summeln is approximately 500 hectares in size and is located in the western part of Kila parish within Säffle municipality.
The lake is nutritious and has a rich fish population. There are plenty of pike, perch and whitefish. The availability of pike-perch is moderate.
Spread of diseases
To minimize the risk of spreading fish and crayfish diseases, only bait fish from the water in which the fishing is conducted should be used. Gear, boats, etc. should be cleaned when moved between different lakes and waterways.

The Summeln Fisheries Conservation Area Association was formed in 1984.
The association's purpose is to coordinate fishing operations and fisheries management, and to grant fishing rights to the public. Crayfish fishing is not included in the association's area of responsibility.
