The fishery management area is dominated by forest with some agricultural land. The waters include several deep lakes, smaller ponds, stretches of ridge and stretches of stream.
Most of the lakes are dominated by pike, perch, roach and roach, but the deeper lakes also contain large quantities of bream.
Boat ramps are available at the northern end of Landsjösjön. Landsjösjön was stocked with pike perch about 20 years ago, but the current stock status is unknown.
Gamfäbodtjärnen opens on December 25, 2024.
