Östra Silen
Lake Östra Silen is a sport fishing paradise with large specimens of char, trout, golden salmon, whitefish, pike, perch and various species of white fish.
The water is crystal clear which benefits the different salmon species. The lake offers pelagic fishing with large water areas and depths down to almost 50 meters, but there are also countless calm bays with shallow water that are not wind sensitive to anglers. Trolling, spinning and fishing are good conditions for success. The surroundings are wilderness with alternating forest and mountains.
Östra Silens fishing area protects a long-term sustainable fishery, so do not pick up more fish than you need. Larger fish should always be released as carefully as possible.

The Eastern Silence Fisheries Area Association was formed in 1992 and consists of several hundred fishermen's owners distributed between 40-50 homes.
The fishery area was established with the aim of promoting and developing fisheries and fisheries. The environmental issue was also an important reason for the formation of a fish conservation area. The association gives priority to environmental measures aimed at improving the habitat in our many fishing waters. The goal of the fisheries management area is to work with a useful management of the fishery resource and to increase the public's opportunities to fish.
