Bengtsfors is a water-rich municipality with 399 lakes over one hectare, a total of 13,400 hectares of water, which constitutes 13% of the total area of the municipality. The municipality has about 12,500 hectares of fishing water covered by fishing licenses.
Most of the lakes are also excellent fishing waters. Here the big pike, perch and trout are waiting for more. Here you will find a variety of lakes and rivers with good fishing, and many of them offer fine lake accommodation, good boats and good hosting.
