Svartegöl

Svartegöl is a put-and-take lake located 3 km west of Vissefjärda, on the road towards Långasjö and Kroksmåla.

The lake's surface area is about 3.3 ha and has an average depth of about 3-4 m, the maximum depth is about 8 m.

Around the lake there are 8 piers, 3 of which are adapted for disabled fishermen, the path has also been repaired in connection with these piers. The toilet is also adapted for disabled fishermen.

The fish that are planted in the lake are rainbow trout in weights of 0.5-3 kg which are released 3-4 times per season, we focus on quality instead of quantity, this means nice fins and strong fish and that the fishing can be considerably trickier than what you are used to for rainbow fishing. The lake is limed regularly to ensure a stable and moderately high pH value. Also keep in mind that rainbow trout are a cold water fish and are most active when the water temperature is between 12-18 degrees, when the water temperature reaches over 20 degrees the activity and appetite decrease significantly and make fishing even more difficult as they can completely stop eating until it gets cooler again.

Parking about 50 m from the lake, there is also weather protection, barbecue area and toilet. Please read the rules before fishing

The club was formed in 1972 and has operated P&T fishing in Svartegöl since 1973 to offer exciting fishing for rainbow trout.

We strive to put as nice fish as we can and have succeeded well. We put quality rather than quantity, which means that it can sometimes be an exciting and challenging fishing for more or less wild rainbows. Also keep in mind that rainbows are cold water fish and are most active when the water temperature is between 12-18 degrees, when the water temperature reaches 20 degrees and more the activity and appetite decrease significantly.
