  "Water temperature at the time of cutting approx. 23 plus degrees in the low water level. Cloudy light wind when the small perch nibbled on a quickly reeled jerkbait just before 6.00 in the morning. Other than that, some occasional vigils between 4.30-8.00, some schools of small fish high up in the water layer vigil, the future looks promising :-) have a good weekend!"
