Linköping municipality offers many great opportunities for sport fishing.
Three major streams coalesce in the lake Roxen: Motala stream with its clear water from deep Vättern, from the southeast, Svartån comes from the Sommen area and from the east, Stångån flows.
In the northern part of the municipality there is also a fine wilderness fishing in the deep forests around Stjärnorp.
