In Skellefteå municipality there are fantastic fishing opportunities all year round in both river, lake and sea. Most of the lakes and watercourses that are within the municipality's borders are managed by a fishing conservation area association and within the municipality, 30 fishing areas offer a wide range of fishing. There are fishing waters for all types of fishing, from exciting salmon and sea trout fishing in the rivers to pike, perch and pike in the lakes.
