Kallön Storavan
Welcome to fish in Kallön's fisheries protection area. It is beautifully located in Storavan, which is part of the Skellefteälven. Charts are available for the entire Storavan. We recommend that the boat be cleaned before launching, to avoid the spread of infection if it has been in other fishing waters.
Our area is approximately 4 kilometers south of Arjeplog along Slagnäsvägen. Lakes Övre and Nedre Veijejaur are also part of the fisheries conservation area. In the eastern part of the fishing area is Västra Skvecke with two wind shelters where the fireplaces can be used and a longer jetty from which it is easy to fish. There is also a fine sandy beach with good swimming opportunities .
Free fishing for children and young people up to 16 years of age.

The decision to form a separate fisheries management area was made in 1989 because the village team and fishing rights holders wanted to retain, as much as possible, the right to decide on the management of the fisheries in their own waters. A fishery management association was formed with responsibility for the joint management of the fishery.
In Kallön, the association has constructed an asphalted boat ramp adjacent to the Kallö jetty. There is also a wind shelter next to it and tc. The well-being facilities have also been built in western Skvecke.
The fisheries management area's goal is to provide good and affordable fishing with good accessibility. Currently there is a very good supply of large perch, large pike and rough trout!
