In Rönningesjön, large perch and pike are caught annually. The lake has good opportunities for land fishing at piers and cliffs but also offers good boat fishing. There are good opportunities to launch your own boat at Vassvägen in the northeastern part of the lake.

Motorboats are prohibited in the lake.
