In Borås, fishing offers great variety and there is a wide selection, with the Borås municipal fishing license you can, for example, fish in more than 100 different lakes!
Fishing is allowed from land and with a float ring and in winter you can ice fish. In Viskan it is allowed to fish from a boat.
There are also accessible fishing piers at several lakes; Hultasjön, Kolbränningen, Lilla and Stora Hässleholmssjön, Pickesjön, Stora Transåssjön and Södra Kypesjön.
