To fish is to go down in laps. We get a day to take it easy, to meditate. Anyone who wants a pacifier can put bait on the hook. An easy activity for everyone who wants to enjoy life, take a rod and go fishing! The nature around us in Ljungby municipality offers a rich animal and bird life and in the fine forests of Småland you will find many cozy lakes. In Ljungby municipality there is one of southern Sweden's most popular pikeperch fishing lakes. Fishing requires a valid fishing license.
Småland's largest island is Bolmsö and is connected to the mainland via a bridge from the east side of Lake Bolmen and on the west side via a toll-free ferry.
Instead of buying a life jacket, you can rent it from Fritidsbanken or at the Rescue Service in Ljungby. There are life jackets for both children and adults.
